I bought this XXL dog wheelchair my elderly dog had just lost the use of her back leg
And paid almost $500 for it .
steep price for what turned out to be a flimsy product.
Very Overpriced for what you get: The aluminum frame creaks and feels lightweight compared to similarly priced models.
I was expecting a sturdy and reliable machine but instead got something that almost looks and feels budget level, despite the steep price tag.
The wheels are advertised as “all-terrain,” but mine got stuck constantly in grass and shallow ditches.
Not exactly “durable,” nor “360° rotating” under real-world conditions.
The harness is poorly padded and chafes uncomfortably there’s no thoughtful padding in the right places.
Assembly was so confusing I almost gave up.
which is the last thing you want while you’re already stressed.
The product description is packed with emotional triggers “restores mobility for arthritis & injuries,” “vet-recommended design,” “peace of mind.” But in reality, the construction is subpar.
It feels like they count on your anxiety in crisis to grab your money.
Bottom line my heart was in the right place, wanting to give my dog the best.
But I paid far too much for a product that’s badly engineered, overpriced, and frankly takes advantage of emotional, urgent situations.
Save your money shop around or go with something that offers real quality.

Had return it because it's not the right equipment for my dog shape and to big. It's light weight like they say but I have my doubts about the material being aluminum. I'm a retired sheet metal worker so I'm pretty familiar with a lot of different metals including aluminum. The knob screws are supposed to self tap into the drilled holes.. they started falling out pretty quickly after assembly which was easy to do. The material used to manufacture is very thin. No way they would support self tapping screws very long. They should have nuts inside the metal for screws instead.my magnets stuck very weakly so may have a little aluminum but it's a rickety design & cheap metal. The powder coat hides what the metal really is. it reminds of pot metal. Anybody that knows what that means understands what I mean. Maybe ok for small dogs. Not for my dog sadly
